Makoto Ninomiya and Akira Kuji are childhood friends who grew up next door to each other and were like family. Makoto has a cute face and was always made to dress up as a girl by her mother and sister since she was little, while Akira is tall and has a boyish look, so when they go out together, they are often mistaken for a couple with the opposite gender.
